Harbour Millwork collects only the information needed to answer an enquiry, plan a project, prepare a quote or provide a document you asked to receive.

What the forms collect

The contact form collects your name, email address, optional phone number and message. The cabinet intake can also collect room dimensions, openings, utilities, appliance model numbers, cabinet selections, budget and schedule information, photographs, drawings and other files you choose to attach.

How it is used

We use the information to understand the work, contact you, prepare a cabinet takeoff or estimate and keep the project record. Harbour Millwork does not sell form submissions or use them to build advertising profiles.

Website submissions and published client documents are stored with our website infrastructure. Access is limited to Harbour Millwork and the service providers needed to operate the site. A client document link contains a long random token; keep that link private and do not forward it to someone who should not see the document.

Retention and questions

Project and accounting records may be retained for business, warranty, tax and legal requirements. Information that is no longer reasonably needed is removed as part of normal record maintenance.
