The scope accounts for fillers, moulding, finished panels, toe kicks, knobs and pulls, accessories and built-in modifications. Each item is included, excluded or left visible as an open decision. When the plan changes, Harbour Millwork revises the cabinets and connected finishing scope together.

Assembled cabinets, Blum hardware and custom color

Fabuwood states that its cabinets use U.S. and globally sourced components and are assembled in the United States. Cabinet boxes arrive fully assembled and ready for contractor installation. This is not a flat-pack cabinet program.

Fabuwood cabinets ship with Blum soft-close hinges, slides and lift systems. Blum is an Austrian fittings manufacturer.

Fabuwood's custom color program can use any Benjamin Moore or Sherwin-Williams color on eligible selections. That gives a project hundreds of finish choices beyond the standard Fabuwood finish collection.

Cabinet supply and shipping

Harbour Millwork supplies and ships the approved cabinet package. National freight is included in every Fabuwood cabinet order delivered within the lower 48 states. The project quote confirms the destination and delivery details before an order begins.

The purchaser can be the homeowner, client or contractor. For remote projects, the homeowner's contractor verifies field measurements and either installs the cabinets or finds an installer. Harbour Millwork introduces independent installers only for Orange County and Southern California projects. The homeowner or contractor hires and pays that installer directly.

Paid site-measurement appointments are available for Orange County and Southern California projects. The measurement cost is quoted before the visit.

Lead times, warranty and order rules

Fabuwood publishes current lead times. Harbour Millwork confirms the applicable lead time while preparing the quote and again before releasing the order.

Warranty coverage follows Fabuwood's published limited warranty. Changes, cancellations, returns and claims follow the Fabuwood rules in effect for the order.

Harbour Millwork collects applicable sales tax on California deliveries and does not collect sales tax on deliveries to other states. The quote confirms the tax treatment before the order. Countertops come from another supplier.
